Club teams

The Board of BioContact e.V. is responsible for the overall organisation of the association and the coordination of the individual teams.
The Executive Board consists of:
- The 1st and 2nd chairperson
- the treasurer
- Acquisition manager
The head of acquisition plays a special role, as she is responsible for recruiting interesting companies to present themselves at our CONTACT2025 job fair in May.

In addition to the Executive Board, the association is made up of the following teams:

The Alumni Team maintains the connection between active and former members of BioContact e.V.
This important task enables the valuable exchange of experiences and is achieved through the organization of joint events.

The members of the advanced training team organise the entire lecture programme as well as the workshops at our job fair, CONTACT2025.
In addition to the fair, smaller events are also organised. At the ‘In Contact with’ lecture series, various companies from the life sciences sector will introduce themselves and provide insights into possible career paths for scientists.

In addition to planning and coordinating the annual job fair, the EMO team also organises exciting internal events for our association members.
These include the get-to-know-you event and a Christmas party. Our EMO team also provides catering for participants during our association meetings and events.

The graphics and design team is responsible for the design of logos, posters, flyers and web adverts, which play a decisive role in our external appearance - whether at seminars, our CONTACT2025 job fair or in online media.
The team members also create the entire job fair catalogue and promotional films, making a significant contribution to the impressive presentation of our presence both on site and virtually.

The IT & web design team manages our entire website, creates new content and provides information about current ‘In Contact with’ events or the CONTACT2025 job fair.
It is also responsible for all other IT-related tasks. This includes the creation of registration forms, IT support during events, but also the administration of our internal e-mail accounts and servers.

The Public Relations team organises advertising campaigns for BioContact e.V. and implements them with the support of the other teams.
Together with the ‘Graphics & Design’ team, promotional items are selected for the association. We also keep you up to date with news from the association and current events via posters, flyers and our social media channels on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
