The Board<\/strong> of BioContact e.V. is responsible for the overall organisation of the association<\/strong> and the coordination <\/strong>of the individual teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Executive Board consists of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The 1st and 2nd chairperson<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the treasurer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Acquisition manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The head of acquisition<\/strong> plays a special role, as she is responsible for recruiting interesting companies<\/strong> to present themselves at our CONTACT job fair in May.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      The Alumni Team<\/strong> maintains the connection between active and former members<\/strong> of BioContact e.V.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      This important task enables the valuable exchange of experiences<\/strong> and is achieved through the organization of joint events.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Advanced Training<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n

      The members of the advanced training team<\/strong> organise the entire lecture programme<\/strong> as well as the workshops at our job fair<\/strong>, CONTACT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In addition to the fair, smaller events are also organised. At the \u2018In Contact with\u2019 lecture series<\/strong>, various companies from the life sciences sector will introduce themselves and provide insights into possible career paths for scientists.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Event & Exhibition Organization<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      In addition to planning and coordinating<\/strong> the annual job fair, the EMO team<\/strong> also organises exciting internal events<\/strong> for our association members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      These include the get-to-know-you event and a Christmas party. Our EMO team also provides catering <\/strong>for participants during our association meetings and events.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Graphic & Design<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
      \n

      The graphics and design team<\/strong> is responsible for the design of logos, posters, flyers and web adverts, which play a decisive role in our external appearance - whether at seminars, our CONTACT job fair or in online media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The team members also create the entire job fair catalogue<\/strong> and promotional films<\/strong>, making a significant contribution to the impressive presentation of our presence both on site and virtually.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      IT & Webdesign<\/strong><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      The IT & web design<\/strong> team manages our entire website<\/strong>, creates new content<\/strong> and provides information about current \u2018In Contact with\u2019 events or the CONTACT job fair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It is also responsible for all other IT-related tasks<\/strong>. This includes the creation of registration forms<\/strong>, IT support during events, but also the administration of our internal e-mail accounts <\/strong>and servers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      The Public Relations team<\/strong> organises advertising campaigns<\/strong> for BioContact e.V. and implements them with the support of the other teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Together with the \u2018Graphics & Design\u2019 team, promotional items <\/strong>are selected for the association. We also keep you up to date with news from the association and current events via posters<\/strong>, flyers and our social media<\/strong> channels on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
